It is the scene of an ongoing battle for territorial control between both the Erebonian Empire and Republic of Calvard, Crossbell has developed to become a thriving city-state, and one of the continent’s top economically-driven centers.
After three months of not being in the city he grew up in, Lloyd Bannings returns in order to follow his late brother’s path and join the Crossbell Police Department. The moment he gets there, he finds that his position has been transferred to Special Support Section. This is a division which handles small and unusual request. The team that he’s joining now includes Elie MacDowell (granddaughter of the mayor); Randy Orlando (ex-soldier who’s womanizing); and Tio Plato (young technology genius).
Lloyd and his coworkers continue the fight to make a better city, despite the fact that their department is ridiculed by the media. When they are doing this, however they gradually come in contact with the corruption that is sweeping their town. They’re unaware of just how deep the Shadows in Crossbell City reach…
